1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the device has shipped. Contact the R Pay team with your order reference to request cancellation.
2. Returns
If your CM30 device arrives faulty or does not match the confirmed order, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Moyasar and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
